• We Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements to deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Functional requirements, Business Requirements Document, Use Cases.

• We Define and document clear and complete detailed business requirements and functional specifications using SDLC methodology. -
• Liaise with business and functional owners during risk management and high-level session to derive and execute action plans, meeting deadlines and standards. -
• Organize meetings with business user to prepare and update Business Process Requirements and System Requirements -
• Perform GAP analysis of business rules, business and system process flows, user administration and requirements -
• Work with developers, systems analysts, and other test teams (as required) to resolve defects and obtain release certification -
• Develop USE cases, workflow; using Visio/Smart Draw to create case diagrams and business work flow diagram -
• Conduct risk engineering to derive and execute action plans on time and apply change request, versions and addendum -
• Possesses strong subject matter, able to quickly pick up the content and business knowledge required, supporting the business through the requirements gathering, design and testing phases -
• Provide training, develop education materials, task plan and leadership for current staff and new hires, established and communicate goals and directs team activities. Managed all activities regarding project risk and change management.
