Lafinda are a UK based consultancy services organisation, working primarily across regulated industries such as financial services, utilities, audit firms and regulatory bodies such as Ombudsman service providers. We have been operating since 2013 and our core services are the supply of temporary/interim resources, complaints managed services (outsourcing), and consulting services.
With offices and staff based in Northampton we operate a fully managed service operation for complaint handling. Also we are able to rapidly mobilise our large network of expert resources to work on client sites to help them manage their fluctuating workload needs in Complaints, Compliance Review and other compliance driven review/remediation based activities.
